Raw bananas are a good source of potassium and vitamins like Vitamin A and C. It is high in dietary fiber and carbohydrates, which acts as an energy booster.This is a perfect choice of recipe for people who refrain from eating cereals during Navratras and for Jains who do not consume potatoes.
Raw bananas 6
Lemon juice out of 1 lemon
Bhuna jeera/Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
Rock salt/kala namak 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Lightly oil your hands.Peel raw bananas with the help of peeler.
Cut peeled bananas into1&1/2 inch pieces.
Deep fried bananas in a deep frying pan.
With the help of a phuleni or a flat utensil press the bananas lightly as shown in the picture
Clean the sides of floral petals with the help of knife.
Deep fry again for two minutes.
Mix together all the above mentioned spices and sprinkle over the floral crisps.Add lemon juice and mix gently.
